John has an active real estate practice as a licensed title agent and through the representation of lenders, buyers, and sellers. He represents numerous business persons and entities providing legal services in such areas as the purchase and sale of the business, entity selection and formation, ownership selection, employee relations, and succession planning. John engages in civil litigation matters involving employee rights, property disputes, contract actions and collections matters. John also provides estate planning and estate administration services.
