Bob has an active estate planning and estate administration practice, along with representing longstanding clients in business transactions, real estate, municipal law, and contracts. In the past, he has served as Solicitor for Titusville and for many years as an Assistant District Attorney for Crawford County. He also served 4 years as an Officer with the Army Judge Advocate General with a 1 year tour in Vietnam. He was honorably discharged in January, 1973.

Admitted to Bar: 1968, Pennsylvania and U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania.

Education: Saint Bonaventure University (B.S.); Duquesne University (J.D.).
