Joe focuses his practice on a range of litigation matters including commercial litigation and real property disputes, in addition to criminal defense of felony, misdemeanor, and summary offenses. He also represents clients in Orphans’ Court matters including will contests, trust modifications and terminations, accountings, and guardianship matters. Joe serves as solicitor for local municipal clients and advises business owners in corporate matters, as part of his practice. He also provides legal services for estate planning and administration.
Joe resides in Meadville with his wife and three children. Joe and his family attend New Beginnings Church of God, where he previously served on the Board. Joe also volunteers for local organizations such as Meadville area baseball programs, the Wolves Club, and the NWPA NTMA Education Foundation.
Admitted to Bar: Pennsylvania and U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania.
